YOUR PROJECT, YOUR NEXT STEP

Bring separate drywall tasks into one clear scope.

Mike handles estimates and drywall fulfillment for MS Painting and Drywall Inc. Tell him what you are working on in Deltona and the surrounding area.

We handle all kinds of drywall work—hanging, taping, smooth finishing, wall and ceiling repairs, replacement, texture matching and remodels. Small repairs are welcome.

Count the affected areas, not just the largest hole

Plumbing and electrical changes can leave openings in more than one room. A useful estimate discussion starts with a list of those locations: a ceiling opening, a wall cutout, a corner repair or a section awaiting new board.

Rough dimensions help, but exact square footage is not required to begin. Mention whether the surfaces have the same texture or different finishes so the work can be considered as a whole.

Finish the access work before the final patch

If another trade still needs to get inside the wall, tell Mike before planning the drywall sequence. Closing an opening too early can mean reopening it. The handoff should account for remaining work and any required inspections.

For a larger remodel, explain whether you need hanging and finishing together or finishing of board already installed. Mike can discuss the starting condition, remaining tasks and agreed endpoint directly with you or your contractor.

Think about the room after the repairs

A finished repair needs an agreed surface treatment, whether that is smooth drywall, knockdown or orange peel. Discuss the existing finish and any planned painting so a patching estimate does not leave the next stage unclear.

Small jobs are welcome, and multiple repairs do not automatically require a whole-room replacement. The condition of the material and the project plan guide the scope.

Questions about your Deltona project

Can several small repairs be discussed in one call?

Yes. List the rooms, approximate repair sizes and whether each opening is in a wall or ceiling. Mention any work still pending from other trades.

What if some rooms are ready before others?

Explain the sequence and access arrangements to Mike. He can discuss the practical drywall stages and availability without assuming every area must be ready at the same time.

Can you handle ceiling work as part of a remodel?

Yes. We handle ceiling drywall installation, replacement, repairs and finishing as well as walls. Include height, access and the intended finish in the project description.
