We handle all kinds of drywall work—hanging, taping, smooth finishing, wall and ceiling repairs, replacement, texture matching and remodels. Small repairs are welcome.
Tell Mike whether the space is framed, whether other trades still need access and who is coordinating the project. Drywall installation should not close areas that still need work or a required inspection.
Mention any board already supplied or installed. Material requirements and responsibility should be clear in the estimate rather than assumed from a rough room description.
Board installation, joint treatment and finishing are connected stages. Explain whether you need the complete drywall scope or finishing on a surface another installer has begun.
Discuss the intended paint, texture and lighting with Mike. Primer and painting can be agreed as part of the project, with a clear endpoint if another painter will take over.
Yes. Identify the person managing the work and explain the current project stage. Mike can discuss the drywall scope, access and sequencing with the coordinator.
Yes. Include ceiling height, room layout and access conditions in your description so both wall and ceiling work are considered in the estimate.
