AFTER STORM CLEANUP

Here when you’re ready
in New Smyrna Beach.

If storm cleanup has left open walls or damaged ceiling areas, you do not need to figure out the drywall work on your own. We help homeowners in New Smyrna Beach and the surrounding area with repair and replacement after cleanup and drying.

YOUR PROJECT, YOUR NEXT STEP

Let’s make the drywall part clearer.

Start by telling Mike which rooms need attention and what work has already been done. He can discuss the remaining drywall tasks and explain what is needed for an estimate, whether the project involves one section or several rooms.

We handle all kinds of drywall work—hanging, taping, smooth finishing, wall and ceiling repairs, replacement, texture matching and remodels. Small repairs are welcome.

There is no need to get close to damage for the first call

A plain description is enough to begin. Do not climb toward a damaged ceiling or enter an unsafe area to take measurements or photographs for an estimate conversation.

Tell Mike what you already know about the opening or affected section. If another company has removed damaged material, mention what they have completed and what they still need to do.

Rebuilding begins after the earlier work is complete

Cleanup, necessary drying and any required remediation need to be completed, and the source of water damage addressed, before replacement drywall is installed. Our role is hanging, finishing, repairs and texture work—not cleanup, water extraction, leak repair or mold removal.

A contractor or cleanup provider may be coordinating those earlier stages. Mike can discuss the drywall handoff with the person managing the work so the next step is planned around actual readiness.

Consider the ceiling and the room around it

A ceiling repair can involve access around cabinets, stairs or fixtures as well as blending into the existing surface. Mention those details and whether the room will be repainted; they help define a useful scope.

You can ask about a small repair without committing to a larger renovation. Mike can discuss the affected drywall, the agreed finish and any separate priming or painting work.

Questions about your New Smyrna Beach project

Do I need to measure a damaged ceiling before calling?

No. Share the approximate location and size only if you already know them safely. Mike can explain what assessment is needed; do not put yourself at risk to prepare for the call.

Can you replace one section instead of the whole ceiling?

A section replacement may be appropriate depending on the condition of the surrounding material. Mike can discuss the drywall scope without assuming the entire ceiling needs to be replaced.

Can we discuss drywall while other repairs are being arranged?

Yes. An early conversation can help with planning. Installation still needs to wait for cleanup, drying and the necessary preparation to be complete.
